Its creamy, dense foam is the longest-lasting in the family of Chimay beers. It has a hazy, deep amber color. In its aroma, the sweetness of honey and notes of roasted caramel intertwine. This beer has a creamy texture and a full body. Its fine acidity is accompanied by great complexity, and when exposed to air, it unfolds flavors of cocoa, honey, and brandied cherries. This beer has everything necessary for an outstanding brew, but nothing is excessive or overpowering; instead, the flavors elegantly harmonize and blend together.
