A reimagined version of the original classic from the Notre Dame de St. Rémy abbey. Decades before the famous Trappistes Rochefort 6-8-10 appeared, the monks brewed only one extra-strong pale ale, but this beer was forgotten with the arrival of “innovations.” A century later, the monks felt it was time to create the first edition of their original recipe! Soft yet full-bodied, like other Rochefort beers, but the Triple Extra stands out among its companions with its golden-blond color, citrus notes, spicy aroma, and refreshing effect.
