Dark chestnut brown, a dense, hazy beer. Swirling the glass reveals its slow movement. Its aroma is extremely complex, composed of raisins, fruit, roasted malt, chocolate, and alcohol notes. The taste is sweet, reminiscent of fresh and dried plum flavors. In the lingering aftertaste, dried fruits, primarily the familiar plum and raisin, can be discovered, perfectly balanced with the beer’s bitter taste. Extremely full-bodied, “oily,” and thick beverage with sticky sweet fruit flavors. A top-tier beer specialty!
