It is characterized by matured burgundy red colour, intensive bitter sour-cherry flavour, but without the yeast that is common used for wheat beers. It has unusual long lasting foam. In its savour fresh sour-cherry dominates, and in its aftertaste we can find the lactic acid of wheat beer mixed by some almond bitterness.
