The beer has a worn-out brown colour. Its flavour uncovers that we can read on the label as well: it contains 30 % of pure raspberry-juice fermented well together with wheat beer. This beer is about only the raspberry. Its acid content is significant, but the sweetness can counteract this attribute. Acidity and small amount of hop-bitterness can be found in its aftertaste as well, but especially, raspberry, only raspberry.. After drinking a bottle of it, it will be hard for us to explain our wife what she can see is her husband and not a sweet bear licking in a raspberry-cane.
