Another raspberry drink based on Bacchus Oud Bruin beer. Spontaneously fermented; and the well-known Oud Bruin beers are made by combining white wines and dark beers matured in Calvados oak barrels. The caramel flavors of the roasted malt, the sweetness and acidity create a nice balance, hand in hand with the loud taste of the raspberry.
