Beautiful, golden-yellow color with a large white head. Its sweet scent carries floral and green apple notes that play with the delicate hop aroma. The intense flavor fills the palate with pleasant malt sweetness initially, followed by a strong hop bitterness thanks to the beneficial effects of dry hopping. Brewed using three types of grains (barley, oats, and spelt), this beer is a bottle-fermented specialty.
